President Xi's initiative for a new era of a China-Africa community with a shared future is highly appreciated across the continent, providing a clear direction for co-operation and development."

Since its inception in 2000, the Forum on China-Africa Co-operation has been a driving force for progress. The Daily News in Tanzania hit the nail on the head, saying that "China-Africa relations are based on mutual respect, equality and win-win co-operation." They're not just words; they're the foundation of a partnership that's pushing Africa towards sustainable development.

Take infrastructure, for example. Chinese companies have been building roads, railways and ports across Africa, transforming transportation and opening up economic opportunities. Or consider agriculture. The "Ten Co-operation Plans" have been a game-changer for food security, with Chinese agricultural experts sharing their know-how and boosting yields.

It's boosting trade and creating jobs for African youth, improving lives."
