Rocklands rider finishes his fourth Cycle Tour

Rocklands cyclist Derek Weber was among the thousands who took part in the weekend’s 46th Cape Town Cycle Tour. Organisers of the 109-kilometre race said there were a number of medical incidents on the route, to which the medical team responded, but recorded no fatalities.
