The police are investigating two separate inquest cases following the death of two 37-year-old men that occurred on the same day over the weekend in Barkly West.
SAPS Northern Cape spokesperson Sergeant Timothy Sam on Tuesday said the body of a 37-year-old man was found hanging from a tree on Saturday.
"The body of another 37-year-old man was discovered in the Vaal River near Barkly West on October 11. The police are investigating the circumstances that led to these deaths. The investigations are continuing," Sam stated.
