Search continues for missing 67-year-old Upington man

CONCERN is mounting over the disappearance of 67-year-old Hans Pienaar, who was last seen more than six weeks ago in Paballelo.
Pienaar was last seen by a family member on June 5. According to Northern Cape police spokesperson Sergeant Omphile Masegela, he left without telling anyone where he was headed and has not been seen since. At the time, he was wearing black track pants and a grey top.
His family has been searching for him ever since, and the Paballelo police are now appealing to the public to help locate him.
Anyone who may have seen Pienaar or knows of his whereabouts is urged to contact the investigating officer, Sergeant Innocentia Sethwala, on 082 469 5824 or 054 338 5450.
Sergeant Masegela has also reminded the public that there is no waiting period to report a missing person.
