TWO MEN, Kgotso Gaobuse, 19, and Mosimanegape Bloem, 41, appeared briefly in the Kathu Magistrate's Court in connection with the murder of 31-year-old Mohammed Ferazi and the robbery of the tuck shop where he worked in Kathu.
According to Northern Cape police spokesperson, Lieutenant-Colonel Sergio Kock, the incident occurred in Kathu on October 8 at around 12:45 pm. Ferazi was attacked during the robbery and suffered fatal injuries to his head and body.
The case has been postponed until October 15, with the suspects remaining in custody. Anyone with information is urged to contact Sergeant Thamsanqa Mangaliso at 073 804 4316. The investigation is ongoing.
