THE KIMBERLEY police have requested the public’s assistance in locating Gladness Zeldred Horne, 25, who was reported missing in Kimberley on August 15 at around 8pm.

SAPS spokesperson Lieutenant-Colonel Sergio Kock said on Monday that Horne was visiting family in Kimberley at the time of her disappearance.

“She is originally from De Aar and is apparently mentally impaired, approximately 1.6 metres tall, with short black hair, brown eyes and was wearing pink pyjamas,” said Kock.

He added that her family reported her missing on the weekend and requested that anyone with information contact Detective Constable JR Webb on 079 212 7682.

“The investigation continues. The police remind the public that there is no waiting period to report a missing person,” Kock added.
