Following the successful Mustang 60th Anniversary event in April this year held at the Stellenbosch Flying Club, an amount of R8 300 was raised for the NSRI by raffles and photo-ops on the day. An anonymous member of the Mustang Club pitched in another R1 700 to make up a total of R10 000, with the cheque being presented at the Gordons Bay Yacht Club to the commander of Station 16 Strandfontein last Tuesday.
