Woman arrested for possession of suspected stolen diesel

A 41-YEAR-old woman was arrested in Snake Park after cans of suspected stolen diesel were found in her house on the weekend.

A number of empty canisters were also found inside her shanty.

SAPS spokesperson Lieutenant-Colonel Sergio Kock said the police arrested the 41-year-old suspect for possession of suspected stolen diesel on April 19.

“The suspect appeared in the Kimberley Magistrate’s Court on April 22,” he added.
