THE PROVINCIAL police commissioner of the Northern Cape, Lieutenant-General Koliswa Otola, has announced the appointment of two senior managers.
Major-General Jaqué Raymond was appointed as the provincial head of intelligence, while Brigadier Godrey Zwane was announced as the provincial head of commercial crime.
