Festive hairstyles: what to avoid in the heat
In the festive season, everyone wants to look pretty but, because it’s hot, you may want to consider some hairstyle options.

To make sure that you don’t have a stressful festive season by wearing hairstyles that may spoil the fun. these are some hairstyles that you should avoid.
Frontal wig
A wig is one of the best protective styles to promote hair growth. But since it’s hot, it may be a bit too much, especially if it’s long. Instead, opt for a glueless pixie wig that you can take off any time you want.
Thick box braids
Braids are nice because they are easy to maintain, but they can be a lot in summer. Thick box braids can be heavy, and when it’s hot, you want something that is lightweight, hence straight back or straight up would be your best option.
Bald head
It’s probably refreshing to have a bald head, but when in the sun, you must always cover it with a hat. If you can, let your hair grow a little just to maintain that look without being completely bald.
Dye
A dye is not a bad idea, but the era of bright dyes in December has long gone. It’s too hot to be walking around with a green head. At least go for earth tones like silver-white.
