THE Jeep Compass, which is the US brand’s most globally-available model, has been given a complete redesign for 2025.
Built around the STLA Medium platform, the new Compass shares its bones with other Stellantis SUV products such as the Peugeot 3008 and 5008, and it will be available with hybrid and electric drivetrains.
Despite this, the blocky exterior design is very much in keeping with Jeep’s contemporary design language.
Built in Italy, the new Compass will be launched in European markets first, before being rolled out to other global markets in due course.
The Compass has a ground clearance of up to 200mm.

Still a global model at heart, Jeep says the new model was designed to meet the diverse needs of customers around the world.
Depending on the market, it will be offered with a full range of powertrains, including a 108kW mild hybrid, 145kW plug-in hybrid and three fully electric variants offering between 158kW and 280kW, with the latter offering four-wheel drive.
The battery-powered Compass will offer an impressive range of up to 650km between charges, Jeep says.
On the tech front, the Compass is available with Level 2 semi-autonomous driving capability, while the cockpit includes a 10-inch digital instrument cluster and 16-inch infotainment system, offering over-the-air updates.

Jeep will be kicking off sales with a First Edition flagship model, equipped with LED matrix headlights, 20-inch wheels, Select Terrain system and protective material that shields the lower part of the vehicle from scratches.
