When Slik Talk reappeared on YouTube last week, his audience was stunned by his physical transformation, as he has clearly shed some kilos.
The controversial YouTuber has opened up about his weight loss journey, sharing the challenges he faced and the strategies that helped him succeed.
One of them being the backlash he received after he lost a boxing match to Cassper Nyovest in 2022, he was harshly judged for how he looked and performed in the ring.
‘’I went to a boxing match, I lost and I didn’t like the way I looked,’’ says Slik Talk.
He shares how comments from people provoked him to get fit and look better, emphasising that it had nothing to do with mental health, but the fact that hearing the truth from others helps one to do better.
During his time away from the spotlight, he embarked on a transformative journey without a personal trainer as he felt one would slow him down.
The vocal YouTuber adopted a healthier lifestyle, incorporating regular exercise six days a week.
