Since her high-profile divorce from Springbok captain Siya Kolisi, Rachel Kolisi has been under a microscope.

While she’s busy rebuilding her life, some internet trolls think she’s taking too long to "move on", but Rachel isn't having it.

Taking to Instagram, the mother and businesswoman gave followers a raw look at her chaotic, high-achieving "new normal". Between snapshots of laptop work and family time, she reminded the world that she isn’t just surviving; she’s thriving on her own clock.

In a post that quickly went viral, Rachel listed the number of hats she’s currently wearing.

"Building a business. Writing a book. Finishing a documentary. Doing everything from event planning to merch for 5 x upcoming events.

"Preparing my biggest talk yet for @forbeswomanafrica. Raising humans. Keeping bills paid. Carrying it all. Some days it’s messy. Every day, I show up and do my best.

"Thank you Jesus for chuckles (the chocolates) 😂❤️Less the a month to go until the @fallingforward__ road show starts! I can’t tell you how grateful I am for all the support. I am BEYOND excited for those nights together!! See you soon x."

Rachel also shared a series of powerful quotes about surviving "heartbreak and betrayal" and being tested in ways "no one applauds".

"You cannot break a woman who has carried family weight, money stress, career pressure, heartbreak, and betrayal, and still choose to keep going. She has been tested in quiet ways no one applauds.

"She learned how to survive without being rescued. How to rebuild without being believed. What looks like strength now was once endurance. And she earned every ounce of it."

Another read: "People's true colours come out when they don't get what they want from you."

While most fans were inspired, the "get over it" brigade arrived in the comments. One user, @vetjie, echoed past criticisms by telling her: “Just move on tog, it’s boring now.”

Rachel didn't lose her cool. Instead, she delivered a classy clap back, replying: "@vetjie mate, you know there’s an unfollow button especially for you 😂😘."

Despite the odd troll, the former first lady of rugby has a massive support system. Women across South Africa flooded her comments, thanking her for being honest about the "messy" parts of healing.

"Oh Rachel, you are paving the way forward for so many other girls and women, to show them what it means to stand in your truth," wrote @lynneimmelmanmalan.

"Continue to share, Rachel, many women are silent, but they feel and hear this. All will be well even for them🙌," said @intle.

@tamsyn_gerrits shared: "I don’t think you know how closely so many women are watching this season - not out of curiosity, but respect. This feels like everything up until now is actually the opening pages of a much larger story 🤍."

Rachel responded: "I appreciate this message more than you know ❤️."
