American actress Debby Ryan and her husband, Joshua Dun, have announced the arrival of their first child, Felix Winter Dun, who was born via home birth.

The 32-year-old actress took to Instagram, sharing a series of intimate videos and photos, giving fans a glimpse into her homebirth experience.

She captioned her post: “We sat under the full moon - the cold supermoon - reminiscing on our life as a family of two, and told the child I was harbouring that we were ready to become three.

Ryan shared a short video showing her husband comforting her while she was in an inflatable pool, leaning on the edge, as he knelt beside her.

The actress also showed a few images of her baby girl resting on her chest, while in another photo, Dun can be seen bonding with his newborn daughter.

“By midday, Felix was born under Christmas lights with snow outside our bedroom window, right into her father’s hands,” she added.

The “Jessie” star added how helpful and amazing her husband was throughout the birth, and further thanked her birth team.

“Joshua was an incredible teammate, and somehow didn’t get pulled into the tub and drowned and is taking such good care of his girls on this side of things.

“I was fortified by an incredible birth team, and the strength and wisdom of some women who have supported me on this journey near and far.”

Ryan also beamed about her newborn baby, adding that her breath “smelled like vanilla and her hair is made of silk.”

She concluded her caption by welcoming her baby girl to earth and saying that she will love her forever.

“I’ve been a lot of things, but her home, a grow light, a portal to bring a new soul into the world— these are my greatest honours. Welcome to Earth, lil moonbeam. Love you forever 🌙✨,” the actress shared.

Ryan and Dun tied the knot in 2019, and in September, the couple announced that they were expecting their first child.
