Following a vulnerable moment that resonated emotionally with Mzansi, Rachel Kolisi, the soon-to-be ex-wife of Springboks captain Siya Kolisi, is receiving an outpouring of support from fans and followers.

Taking to TikTok, Rachel shared a video quoting the motivational phrase, "Failing forward."

Fans and followers have rallied around her with messages like, "We love you, Rachel.”

The quote means acknowledging and learning from mistakes or failures while working towards a goal, rather than being discouraged by them.

It emphasises progress over perfection - seeing setbacks as opportunities for growth - and continuing to move forward despite obstacles.

In the video, Rachel is seated at the beach during sunset, appearing deep in thought.

Netizens showed immense support and praised her for her honesty and vulnerability.

Commenting under the video, this is what some had to say:

@whitjac07 wrote: “Healing doesn’t have to be silent… Thank you for being vulnerable with us.”

@user393949494422737 said: “We have all gone through such pain, and all of us just want someone who’ll understand that it is not an easy thing you can just shake off.

"Take your time, Rachel. You will be a stronger version of yourself when you are healed from it all. You will see colour again, smell roses again, laugh loudly. For now, let no one tell you how to heal.”

Another user, @user5751139070461, commented: “I hope you read this and find strength: you’re allowed to fall apart and come back together slowly. You don’t have to punish yourself on the days when you can’t shine brightly. Even the sun retreats, even the moon hides - but they always find their light eventually, and so will you. ⚘️”

@gillianengelbrech6 added: “I wish we as a country could collectively give you a hug and tell you that you are enough, because you truly are. ♥️♥️♥️”

While @putyourbackin simply wrote: “We love you, Rachel. ♥️”

Rachel’s vulnerability comes as she continues to navigate her healing journey after they announced their split in October 2024.

They share two children, along with Kolisi’s adopted brother and sister.

Since the announcement, Siya has been linked to several women, most often through fan selfie encounters.

Recently, Siya has found himself at the centre of media attention once again, following reports that he has found a new companion.

Speculation intensified after he was spotted in Italy with 24-year-old Dutch model and influencer Rachel John.
