Get ready to be drenched in colour and laughter this weekend as Elizabeth Conradie School hosts its exciting Colour Run on Saturday, starting at 8 am. The event promises a morning filled with vibrant fun, fitness, and community spirit, and, of course, plenty of colour.

Participants can expect a festive atmosphere as they make their way through clouds of bright powder, with throwers stationed along the route ready to splash anyone daring enough to cross their path.

Entry for the Colour Run is R100, and the first 100 entrants will receive a free T-shirt. Entries close on Thursday, 16 October 2025, so there’s still time to secure a spot. A series of lucky draws will also take place on the day, adding an extra layer of excitement for all who attend.

The event isn’t just about fun; it’s for a good cause. All proceeds will go towards funding the 2026 matric dance, while also encouraging inclusivity. Learners who use crutches or wheelchairs will be able to participate alongside their classmates, thanks to the school’s decision to host the run safely within the school grounds.

“This way, everyone can feel part of the group and enjoy the day together,” organisers said.

So grab your friends, put on your brightest smile, and come ready to be splashed with colour at Elizabeth Conradie School this Saturday, a morning of joy and community you won’t want to miss!
