THE HIGHLY anticipated Glow Fest 2025 is set to transform the Flamingo Casino in Kimberley into a dazzling wonderland of light and colour.
The magical light festival, scheduled to take place from Friday, April 11, to Sunday, April 13, 2025, from 2pm to 10pm daily, promises to captivate visitors with its breathtaking displays, cultural celebrations, and stunning illuminated art.
This year's festival will highlight South Africa's rich heritage and wildlife conservation, using the occasion to raise awareness about endangered species that need protection.
The event will feature life-sized lanterns representing a variety of animals, including marine creatures and birds from around the world, as well as glowing statues of prehistoric dinosaurs, majestic lions, zebras, giraffes, polar bears, camels, kangaroos, and more. Visitors can also enjoy interactive lighting props and mesmerising projections that transform everyday spaces into enchanting realms.
