This past weekend, Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival returned after a two-year hiatus.

International stars - and a few local faces, including Amanda du Pont and Loot Love - partied up a storm on weekend one of the popular music event, getting live performances from Doja Cat, Harry Styles, Megan Thee Stallion, Black Coffee and many more.

Known for its outrageous, eye-catching and colourful fashion, it seems this year, guests went for a little more subdued look - perhaps due to the prevailing pandemic influence of comfort and ease.

However, this did not mean this year’s looks were any less stylish than usual . Celebs and influencers were still able to show off their elite fashion sense in ways in ways that were perhaps just a little more comfortable and easier to move around in as they truly enjoyed the music.

Kendall Jenner, and Hailey Bieber were leading that pack with jeans, tank tops, and minimal makeup. While bikinis and coverups were also staps a la Venssa Hudges and Chloe Bailey.

What we admire about this year’s festival is that people wore what they were comfortable with.
