EFF members marched to the Premier's Office on Tuesday

A LARGE gathering of EFF members marched from the Kemo Hotel to the Premier’s Office on Tuesday calling for a review of the Afrikaner enclave Orania.
The party has requested provincial government to intervene following an engagement that were recently held between the EFF and FF+.
Supporters from the from the Francis Baard and Thembelihle districts stated that they had travelled from Kathu, Hopetown, Barkly West and Warrenton to participate in the peaceful protest, that was monitored by a strong police presence.
The MEC for the Department of Transport, Safety and Liaison Limakatso Koloi, EFF provincial chairperson Shadrack Thlaole and EFF national chairperson Nolutshungu Nontando.

A memorandum was received on behalf of the Premier Dr Zamani Saul, by the MEC for the Department of Transport, Safety and Liaison Limakatso Koloi.
She explained that Saul was not available as he was attending the ANC provincial conference,
Koloi promised that a response would be provided by the Office of the Premier within 30 days and commended the crowd for their orderly and disciplined behaviour.
EFF provincial chairperson Shadrack Tlhaole noted the reason for Saul's absence and jested that he hoped that he would not retain his position as ANC provincial chairperson.
EFF members are calling for a review of Orania.
