THE NORTHERN Cape police are appealing to the public for help as they intensify efforts to trace a man who they believe might hold key information about the death of a 17-year-old girl in Richmond.
Provincial police spokesperson Lieutenant-Colonel Sergio Kock said the teenager’s body was discovered at a house in the small Karoo town on Saturday night, May 31, around 10.30pm.
