THE SOUTH African Social Security Agency (Sassa) has released the payment dates for social grants in May 2025. According to the schedule, grants will be paid out over three days, categorised by grant type.
Payment Dates:
- Tuesday, May 6, 2025: Old Age Grants, including grants linked to older persons' grants.
- Wednesday, May 7, 2025: Disability Grants, including grants linked to disability grants.
- Thursday, May 8, 2025: All other grants will be paid out.
