The Suzuki Griquas staged a remarkable comeback to defeat the Hollywoodbets Sharks XV 34-31 in their Carling Currie Cup second round match in Kimberley.
Trailing by 17 points at halftime, Griquas dominated the second half, scoring four tries to overturn their deficit. The Sharks, who had secured a bonus point by halftime with four tries, only managed one second-half score.

With the game tied at 31-all and four minutes left, Griquas' flyhalf Lubabalo Dobela kicked a winning penalty from near the halfway line. The victory marked Griquas' first Currie Cup win of the season, despite a shaky first half where the Sharks capitalised on defensive errors.
