The Africa4Palestine Solidarity Network Northern Cape handed over a R300,000 cheque to Gift of the Givers for humanitarian aid for the people of Palestine on Wednesday.
The money was raised by various local communities and organisations through donations and fund-raising efforts to assist the plight of thousands of Palestinians afflicted by the war in Gaza, where thousands of children, women and the elderly have been killed.
