A spokesperson for the Premier, Naledi Gaosekwe, stated that the delegation is collaborating with representatives from the Eastern Cape and Western Cape, under the collective leadership of Minister of Electricity and Energy Kgosientsho Ramokgopa.
“The working visit is a follow-up visit that will focus on finalising discussions with Qatar’s Ministry of Energy regarding their potential investment in South Africa’s strategic green hydrogen projects,” said Gaosekwe.
She noted that the delegation would be presenting the green hydrogen projects in the Northern Cape, Eastern Cape and Western Cape.
