POPULAR American celebrity, Tiffany Haddish caused chaos on social media after trying to be funny by walking down on a runway during a Monse fashion show at New York Fashion Week, and disrupting the show itself as well as the models.

Haddish is known for being a stand-up comedian and an actress. She has appeared in multiple movies such as “Night School”, “Bad Boys: Ride or Die” and “Girls Trip”.

In the video, Kathy Hilton, from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, is seen encouraging Haddish to stand up and walk.

The 44-year-old stood up from her seat and walked the runway while the audience watched, with some laughing and clapping for her.

However, social media users were not happy with her antics, with some claiming that she does not know how to read the room, while some said that not everything is supposed to be funny because there is a time and place for everything.

X user @jamesjonesesq commented, “People are saying they don’t understand what Tiffany Haddish did wrong. She was watching a fashion show and she decided to get up in the middle of the fashion show and walk the runaway interrupting the models while people laughed and recorded.”

X user @hey_sita commented, “Tiffany Haddish is the perfect example of someone not knowing that people are laughing AT her instead of WITH her.”

Another X user @rebel_sham commented, “I have been under the belief that everything Tiffany does is staged and a stunt agreed upon by her management to do. I won’t let myself believe she is a clown all on her own.”

Haddish is no stranger to drama. In July, the comedian received an online backlash for her shocked reaction to a grocery store in Zimbabwe’s capital city, Harare.

Social media users heavily criticised her and called her ignorant for her reaction.

In 2023, Haddish made headlines for getting arrested due to her driving under the influence. In addition, in 2022 she had a sexual abuse lawsuit filed against her.
